Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation
DSMTP subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel:
- Your license key remains active until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refund is issued for the remaining days in your billing period.
- After the billing period ends, the license is revoked and the plugin stops sending emails.
You can reactivate your subscription at any time to restore full functionality.
Addon Seat Refunds
Within 14 Days
If you remove an addon seat within 14 days of purchasing it, you receive a full prorated refund and the seat is removed immediately. The 14-day window is calculated from the date of the most recent seat increase.
After 14 Days
If you remove an addon seat after 14 days, no refund is issued. The seat remains active until the end of your current billing period (the grace period). At renewal, your subscription adjusts to the lower seat count automatically.
This policy ensures you don't lose access to something you've already paid for while preventing short-term subscription manipulation.
How to Request a Seat Removal
- Log into your account dashboard.
- Navigate to the License Key section.
- Click Manage Seats.
- Adjust the quantity and confirm the change.
The system will automatically calculate whether a refund applies based on the 14-day window.
No Other Refunds
Outside of the 14-day addon seat refund policy described above, all subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes:
- Monthly or yearly base subscription fees.
- Addon seat purchases kept beyond 14 days.
- Any previous billing periods.
You are encouraged to use the free SMTP connection test feature within the plugin to verify compatibility before subscribing.
