Terms of Service

License Grant

DSMTP is commercial software licensed on a subscription basis, not sold. By purchasing a subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DSMTP on the number of WordPress sites specified in your plan.

Subscription Terms

Pricing

  • Base plan: €5/month or €50/year for 1 site.
  • Additional seats: €2.50/month or €30/year per additional site.
  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax, etc.).

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis depending on your chosen plan. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

Addon Seats

Addon seats can be purchased or removed at any time:

  • Adding a seat: Charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. The seat is available immediately.
  • Removing a seat within 14 days: Full prorated refund issued. Seat removed immediately.
  • Removing a seat after 14 days: No refund. Seat remains active until the end of the current billing period, at which point the subscription adjusts to the lower seat count.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. After cancellation:

  • Your license key remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • The license is then revoked and the plugin will stop sending emails.
  • You may reactivate at any time by resubscribing.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for subscription fees outside of the seat addon refund policy described above. You may cancel at any time and continue using the service until the end of your paid billing period.

Plugin Usage

DSMTP is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The software is designed to route emails through your configured SMTP server — we do not guarantee email delivery, as delivery depends on factors outside our control (recipient server policies, spam filters, network connectivity, etc.).

Limitations of Liability

In no event shall the author of DSMTP be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the plugin, including but not limited to lost data, lost revenue, or service interruption.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Distribute, resell, or sublicense DSMTP to third parties.
  • Use DSMTP to send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or any communication that violates applicable laws.
  • Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the plugin's license validation system.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the plugin.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of DSMTP after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland.
