| Gravity Forms | Full — all field types, complex field mapping |
How It Works
DSMTP automatically detects forms from supported plugins. Once detected, you can:
- Assign a template — Choose which email template to use for each form's submissions.
- Set recipients — Override the default email recipient per form.
- Map fields — Match form fields to template placeholders.
- Customize subject — Override the template's subject line for specific forms.
- Override From — Set custom from email address and name per assignment.
Creating an Assignment
- Go to DSMTP → Forms to see all detected forms grouped by plugin.
- Click on a form to view its fields.
- Go to DSMTP → Assignments and click Add New.
- Select the form from the dropdown (auto-detected from your plugins).
- Select the template to use.
- Configure recipients, field mapping, and overrides.
- Save the assignment.
File Attachments
DSMTP supports file attachments from form submissions. If your form includes file upload fields, the uploaded files are automatically attached to the notification email.
